We are delighted that Steven has returned to the Bay Area; he did some work for us before, and we think he is the best plumber we've ever dealt with. He's prompt, cheerful, capable, intelligent, and committed to completing the job properly.

I called in Steven to help with my toilet and he was so awesome. I made my request the evening before and Steven was able to fit me in the first thing in the morning the next day at 8am sharp and I was able to super quickly, efficiently, and easily communicate back and forth over text. Thank you Isackson Plumbing you guys are on my speed dial list. Their service was well worth the cost. I know it sounds goofy but it's like when you finally find a barber that does you right. I don't plan on shopping around for anyone else to help with the pipes in the house again and I'm letting my landlord know who to call in the future.

Steven is the best plumber who has helped us with a variety of complex plumbing issues. He is professional, dedicated to fix problems, always on time and very pleasant. I highly recommend him.

We had a complaint from our downstairs neighbors about a leak. We sought advice online and numerous people said that instead of letting the neighbor's plumber into our home to inspect our pipes that we should instead "tell the neighbors we are going to call 'our guy'".

My partner and I didn't have a "guy" at the time, but we remembered that a good friend had recently told us about Steven and his new business.

Steven came by and identified after only a minute that the leak wasn't coming from our apartment. Steven had a hunch about where the leak was coming from based on the way our downstairs neighbors described the location to us, and he asked if we knew the neighbor that lived behind our unit.

We knew this neighbor only in passing, though it was well enough to introduce them to Steven. Not only was Steven honest and direct, stating that he wanted to come in and check out the leak, he offered his services to fix it, and, according to this neighbor, it was at an extremely reasonable price! He apparently controlled the leak and then fixed it the next day!

Who knows how this would have all went down without Steven's help!

Safe to say that, now, Steven is "our guy."

Isackson Plumbing provides top quality products and solutions to both repairs and new products with more features and a plumber who understands your needs and it is part of his mission to make his customers happy. In my situation Steven has replaced my kitchen faucet with a one handle temperature control and pull down sprayer that improved my dog bathing procedure and regular sink cleaning and doing dishes. He also replaced my failing gas water heater with a high efficiency gas heater. He changed my shower experience by installing a rain shower head, new copper piping behind my tile from the one handle temperature control. Now I can take a shower that maintains the proper water temperature without adjusting the old 2 hot/cold water faucets. Steven replaced my old 3 gallon per flush toilet with a high pressure 1.28 gallon toilet with 2 water flush streams and a no back rim (that collects dirt). The most recent upgrade from Steven was a Reverse Osmosis filter system for my kitchen sink (for drinking and cooking). This removes all the bad stuff in my hard city water: fluoride, calcium, chlorine, dirt and more. This is like having fresh spring water on demand at my fingertips. I believe that Isackson's service is reasonably priced and what you get is attention to details (I got a grab bar and decals for my tub/shower combo). When he is done the area is cleaned up and he insures that all your questions are answered, plus he informs you of any follow-up maintenance procedures to maintain the quality of your new products.
