Steven is the most dedicated, passionate and considerate contractor ever. He is the only one took the extra mile to open the tankless heater to confirm what's actually wrong with the leaking. After done, he put back all 20ish screws seamlessly. When we have already given up on warranty since our heater is almost 10 years old, Steven said it doesn't hurt to try and he called Rheem right away and got me a replacement for my unit! The next day he called all the suppliers to find us the one with the least fees. I can tell he went through hell to talk back and forth between suppliers and Rheem to make things happen. Steven knows better, works harder and cares more than any contractor I've met. The estimate he gave was super reasonable, $1000-2000 less than almost all other quotes. If you want things done professionally and have every corner covered without breaking your bank, I highly recommend Isackson Plumbing.
Steven is a real gentleman. The communication is clear and his arrival was very punctual. Very polite and a pleasant to talk to. He helped me fix the heavily clogged bathroom sink that none of the other DIY methods could fix. Dude was knowledgeable and gave me some recommendations to maintain my plumbing. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work and hours spent. I would call him again when needed. Highly recommend for anyone.
I had a leaking faucet and called Steven for help. He arrived quickly, gave a fair estimate, and replaced the stems to stop the leak without needing to change the entire faucet.
He is very knowledgeable and does not try to oversell you like some other companies. Gets straight to the point and fixes the root of the issue.
