Today, we were engaged by a customer who was facing some trouble with their air gap system and bathroom faucet. The drain hose for the disposal/air gap was old, degraded and clogged necessitating a replacement. For this task, we elected to use a high-quality, durable hose that is built to last. The client also required assistance with their widespread faucet, the stems of which were worn out due to regular wear and tear. We assisted by installing new, long-lasting stems to ensure their faucet functions smoothly. We were contacted to address a pressing concern regarding a rotted out kitchen/laundry drain. Unfortunately, the existing piping couldn't stand the test of time and had significantly deteriorated. We promptly addressed the issue by replacing the rotted section with new ABS piping. The result? A seamlessly functioning kitchen and laundry drain, no more worries about leaks or water damage. Just wrapped up a booster pump and pressure tank installation for a customer who reached out to us with concerns about water pressure in their highrise building. We used a Scala 2 booster pump and a new pressure tank to bring their water pressure up to par. We've got satisfied customers with great water pressure and we couldn't be happier with how smoothly things went. Happy to report another job well done and a problem solved for our client. Just wrapped up a service call where the homeowner reached out to us for help with a sluggish lavatory drain that was causing quite a bit of inconvenience. To solve this issue, we rolled up our sleeves and utilized our top-notch drain clearing tools to flush out the problem. It was a bit of a challenge, but there's no drain that we can't tame! Clearing drains is a messy job, but somebody's gotta do it, right? The homeowner was relieved and immensely satisfied with our efficient service. For us, nothing beats seeing a satisfied customer! That's one less clogged drain in town and another mission accomplished for us.

Just checked in at the heart of the hustle and bustle! So why are we here, you ask? Our customer noticed their tankless water heater wasn't producing hot water, quite a chilly situation. To restore the warmth, we efficiently installed a brand new flame rod and an electrode kit. Rest assured, we value their comfort as much as they do. The customer called us in a bit of a panic, experiencing a significant main line back up after hours. We understood the seriousness and hurried to lend a hand. Our immediate task was to pull the toilet and clear the main line sewer - no small feat, but we knew exactly how to handle it. Using our efficient main line sewer cable, we managed to restore normality and breathe new life into the plumbing system. There was some damage to the closet flange, so we made a swift repair using a brand-new flange, sturdy closet bolts, and a fresh wax ring. We're always ready to tackle these issues, keeping the home running smoothly and our client's mind at ease.

Well, we had a pretty interesting day on the job today. A client reached out to us because they were in the middle of renovating their bathroom and needed to relocate their shower. This meant moving both the water and drain lines - a task that's right up our alley! So, we got down to work using ABS for the drain lines to ensure a solid and lasting installation. We chose copper for the water lines, mainly for its durability and reliability. Copper has an amazing ability to withstand extreme temperatures and pressures, making it ideal for water lines. Our client had their water and drain lines perfectly repositioned for their new shower and they couldn't be happier. Another job well done by our team!
